The Double Roller Press Granulator works on an extrusion model. It is powered by electric motors, which drive belts and pulleys that connect to the driving shaft. The driving shaft then passes through a reducer, which synchronizes with the gear on the opposite driven shaft to begin the pressing process.
Materials are fed into the machine through a hopper and undergo roll extrusion, resulting in the formation of round-shaped balls. These balls then go through a breaking screen for separation and eventually form into evenly shaped oval granules.
