The fermentation equipment is mainly used to turn and mix organic waste like animal manure, sludge waste, sugar mill filter mud, bad meal and straw residue sawdust and other organic waste for anaerobic fermentation. Structure and principle:
The machine is made of main reaction vessel, feeding system, aerating system, odor centralized treatment system, discharging system, etc.
More specifically, the waste material is load in reaction vessel by feeding system, then takes a while aerobic fermentation in the microbial action through regular stirring and automatic oxygen supply control operation.
Finally, the compost material is discharged from outlet. Whole process realizes the request of waste material harmless, minimization, and resource recovery.
